Important Developments in Gynaecological Cellular Pathology

IHS is working in association with Roche and its leading edge Cobas 4800 System. This will deliver significant improvements to the test repertoire from January 2011 and will enable us to provide a total solution for gynaecological cellular pathology for our institutional clients, consultant referrers and the NHS.

IHS will be working with gynaecologists, Private GPS, Urologists, STI Clinics and NHS procurers.

HPV testing as a "test of cure" will take on more significance and the aim is to now make this test available via ThinPrep and swab, along with a high-volume screening service.
