New Chairman for Unilabs UK

Unilabs is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Leworthy as Chairman of its UK subsidiary. Chris has considerable experience of UK healthcare – he was CEO of St Martins Healthcare until 2000, led Capio's success in ISTC contract bidding, and has recently completed contract negotiations for the establishment of a bariatric and diabetes centre in UAE by Global Health Partner of Sweden. He brings a wealth of experience to supplement Unilabs' accredited and successful Point-of-Care Pathology solutions, and the renowned cellular pathology business marketed as IHS. The appointment marks a clear demonstration of the intention of Unilabs to secure a market-leading UK position.
